Ricky (Rico) Erang is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster, British Columbia, in 2007. His unwavering passion lies in helping individuals achieve a healthy life balance through practical methods that relieve physical pain, reduce stress, and provide rejuvenating relaxation.

With a clear focus on preventing, rehabilitating, and maintaining various conditions and injuries, Rico empowers his patients by educating them on the importance of self-care practices. His goal is to guide everyone towards a pain-free life. He combines relaxation massage with myofascial release, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy, ensuring a comprehensive approach to each treatment. Additionally, he offers prenatal/postnatal massages, as well as sports massage modalities tailored for fitness enthusiasts, athletes, and bodybuilders.

Leading an active lifestyle himself, Rico regularly works out at local fitness centers.
